To provide the best possible service and experience, Roddy MedSpa has developed Spa Policies. Kindly, please read our policies, understanding they have been implemented to ensure our patients and our practice can mutually realize our goals.
Appointments
Please contact us by phone at 781-627-7070 or email us at hello@roddymedspa.com to schedule an appointment. Appointments can also be scheduled via our website: roddymedspa.com We ask that patients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time to complete paperwork including health history, aesthetic interest worksheets, and/or consents.
Cancellations & No Show
Roddy MedSpa kindly requests a 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations/changes.
Roddy MedSpa reserves the right to charge a $100 fee for no shows and cancellations/changes not initiated within a 48-hour advanced notice. This $100 fee cannot be used towards future treatments or product purchases.
Services under $100 will be charged the full cost of that service for no shows and cancellations/changes not initiated within a 48-hour advanced notice.
All filler, Opus Plasma, & Secret RF treatments require a deposit of $250 to secure your appointment. This deposit is credited towards your procedure cost. Deposit is forfeited when patients cancel with less than a 48-hour notice.
Please understand, skilled staff have reserved time specifically for your requested care. For your convenience, a 72-hour reminder text & e-mail will be sent. We kindly request you confirm your appointment when receiving the reminder.

Late Arrivals
Due to the nature of medical spa treatments/procedures, appointment times are carefully scheduled for the proper amount of time needed for that treatment. Each appointment must begin at the scheduled time to allow our patients optimal service outcomes. Therefore, if a patient arrives late (for example 15 minutes), the spa may not be able to fully complete a procedure. Roddy MedSpa reserves the right to charge the full cost of booked services and make accommodations to reschedule an appointment for a future date/time to complete the procedure.
Gratuities
Roddy MedSpa provides services intended to yield clinical results. Our practice appreciates the generosity of our patients; however, we respectfully decline gratuities. The intent of this policy is to ensure patients can reinvest these dollars for skin care protocol, products, and future treatment planning. We like to say, the biggest gratuity you can give us is a referral!
Product Returns
Roddy MedSpa offers medical grade products tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual. It is recommended by our Master Aestheticians to follow up 4-6 weeks after beginning a new skin care regiment. At this time the provider will reevaluate your skin and assess outcomes. Roddy MedSpa’s products are medically supervised as if it were a prescription from a Physician. NO REFUNDS are issued for retail products. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7- days from the date of purchase. Opened products will not be accepted for exchange or credit. If an adverse reaction is experienced from using Roddy MedSpa products, please return to the office for a provider assessment. Roddy MedSpa providers will revise the skin care regimen as needed.
Acknowledgment
Please acknowledge all treatments and procedures performed at Roddy MedSpa are ELECTIVE. For this reason, NO REFUNDS are issued for services. Roddy MedSpa is dedicated toward providing safe, effective, and professional services. We work with each patient to curate an individual aesthetic plan.
