Cancellations & No Show
We kindly request 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice — or if you don’t show up — will incur a $100 fee. This amount will be added to your account and can be used toward any future treatment or retail purchase within 30 days.
For services under $100, the full service price will be applied for late cancellations or no-shows, and will also be banked in your account to use toward future treatments or retail within 30 days.
Filler and Opus Plasma appointments require a $250 deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward your treatment cost, but if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, it will be added to your account to use toward any future treatment or retail within 30 days.
We know your time is valuable, and our skilled providers reserve time specifically for your care. You’ll receive a 72-hour reminder text and email, and we kindly ask that you confirm your appointment when you receive it.
