Spa Policies
To provide the best possible service and experience, Roddy MedSpa has developed Spa Policies. Kindly read our policies, understanding they have been implemented to ensure our patients and our practice can mutually realize our goals.

Appointments
Please contact us by phone at 781-627-7070 or email us at hello@roddymedspa.com to schedule an appointment. Appointments can also be scheduled via our website: roddymedspa.com. We ask that patients arrive 5–10 minutes prior to appointment time to complete paperwork including health history, aesthetic interest worksheets, and/or consents.

Cancellations & No Shows

We kindly request 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice — or if you don’t show up — will incur a $100 fee. This amount will be added to your account and can be used toward any future treatment or retail purchase within 30 days.

For services under $100, the full service price will be applied for late cancellations or no-shows, and will also be banked in your account to use toward future treatments or retail within 30 days.

Filler and Opus Plasma appointments require a $250 deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward your treatment cost, but if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, it will be added to your account to use toward any future treatment or retail within 30 days.

We know your time is valuable, and our skilled providers reserve time specifically for your care. You’ll receive a 72-hour reminder text and email, and we kindly ask that you confirm your appointment when you receive it.

Late Arrivals
Due to the nature of medical spa treatments/procedures, appointment times are carefully scheduled for the proper amount of time needed. Each appointment must begin at the scheduled time to allow our patients optimal service outcomes. Therefore, if a patient arrives late (e.g., 15 minutes), the spa may not be able to fully complete a procedure. Roddy MedSpa reserves the right to charge the full cost of booked services and make accommodations to reschedule an appointment for a future date/time to complete the procedure.

Gratuities
Roddy MedSpa provides services intended to yield clinical results. Our practice appreciates the generosity of our patients; however, we respectfully decline gratuities. The intent of this policy is to ensure patients can reinvest these dollars into skincare protocol, products, and future treatment planning. We like to say: the biggest gratuity you can give us is a referral!

Product Returns
Roddy MedSpa offers medical-grade products tailored to meet individual needs. It is recommended by our Master Aestheticians to follow up 4–6 weeks after beginning a new skincare regimen. At this time, the provider will reassess your skin and outcomes.

Roddy MedSpa’s products are medically supervised as if they were a prescription from a physician.

  • NO REFUNDS are issued for retail products.

  • Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.

  • Opened products will not be accepted for exchange or credit.

If an adverse reaction is experienced from using Roddy MedSpa products, please return to the office for provider assessment. Roddy MedSpa providers will revise the skincare regimen as needed.

Acknowledgment
Please acknowledge that all treatments and procedures performed at Roddy MedSpa are ELECTIVE. For this reason, NO REFUNDS are issued for services.

She attended Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics, earning her certification in 2015. She later went on to receive another certification in Laser Technology from the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas. Grace has a passion for enhancing natural beauty and creating beautiful and youthful skin. With more than 10 years in the medical field, Renata Roddy, owner of Roddy MedSpa, brings deep expertise and a thoughtful, results-driven approach to aesthetic care. A Boston College graduate, Renata began her career as an OB Nurse at Mass General while completing her Master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner.

 

After graduation, she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient clinic before following her ultimate passion: aesthetics. Today, Renata is not only a sought-after provider but also an AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) trainer, trusted to educate other injectors on advanced, safe injection techniques.

 

Renata is also the founder of Modern Beauty Con—a nationally recognized medical aesthetics conference where top injectors and industry leaders gather to share knowledge, sharpen skills, and shape the future of the field.

Her background in fitness competitions and pageantry—including winning Miss Massachusetts United States 2014—further informs her balanced, holistic approach to beauty and wellness.

Alana, a licensed Esthetician, completed the Accelerated Advanced Program at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2020, marking the start of her journey in the world of skincare. Her initial experience at a Danvers, MA spa illuminated her passion for advanced skincare treatments, propelling her toward her current role at Roddy MedSpa.

Remaining committed to staying updated with the latest products, techniques, and technology, Alana ensures her clients receive the best possible care. Her primary goal is to create a nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin, delivering both visible results and a serene, relaxing experience.

With over 4 years dedicated to skincare, Alana has developed expertise in various specialized treatments, such as custom facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
